Karnataka NEET PG Counselling 2023 Extended! Register Before August 13

The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) has extended the registration period for Karnataka NEET PG Counselling 2023. Eligible candidates who missed earlier registration can now apply until August 13.

KEA Extends Karnataka NEET PG Counselling 2023 Registration: Last Chance for Eligible Candidates: The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) has announced an extension of the registration period for the Karnataka National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) PG counseling 2023.

This move aims to accommodate eligible candidates who qualified for PG NEET 2023 or NEET MDS exams but missed earlier registration opportunities. The registration window will remain open until August 13, 6 pm, on the official KEA website, kea.kar.nic.in.

Extended Registration for Karnataka NEET PG Counselling:

1. Eligible candidates can now register for Karnataka PG medical and dental counselling 2023 until August 13, 6 pm.
2. Qualified candidates from PG NEET 2023 or NEET MDS exams, who previously couldn't register, can now apply online and submit fees through the portal starting from 2 pm today.
3. Candidates who have registered but not completed the application process are also allowed to complete their registration.

Reason for Extension:

 An official statement from KEA states that the decision to extend the registration period is due to repeated requests from PG NEET qualified candidates and in the best interest of the student community. This final opportunity aims to enable eligible candidates to register and apply for PG Medical and PG Dental admissions 2023 in Karnataka, adhering to the eligibility criteria.

Karnataka NEET PG Document Verification and Deadline:

 Candidates registering during this extended period will need to undergo offline document verification with original documents on dates specified by KEA. It's advised to complete the registration and application process before the extended deadline, as no further extensions will be provided beyond this.

Karnataka  PG NEET Cutoff for Session 2023:

• The PG NEET cutoff for the 2023 session, based on the notice from the National Board of Examinations (NBE), has been provided by KEA.
• General category cutoff: 291; SC, ST category cutoff for Karnataka candidates: 257.
• NEET MDS 2023 cutoff for general category: 272; SC, ST categories for Karnataka candidates: 238.

Eligibility for Non-Karnataka Candidates:

 Non-Karnataka candidates are not eligible for reservation. To be eligible for admissions through KEA in Karnataka, non-Karnataka candidates must have scored the required minimum 50th percentile or above fixed for the 'GENERAL (UR)' category in the NEET-PG 2023 / NEET MDS 2023 examination.
