Educational Qualification

Selection Process

Most of the time the Commissionerate of Health & Family Welfare Andhra Pradesh will follow the below steps to recruit the candidates. 

a) Total Marks – 100.

b) 75% Marks will be allocated against marks obtained in the qualifying examination i.e., Aggregate of Marks obtained in all the years in the qualifying examination

c) In case of Foreign Degrees for Aggregate of Marks of 75% : 

1. The candidates who have passed the MBBS degree in Foreign Universities, the 75% aggregate marks weightage is given as per the following sequence formula. 

a) A Grade/Excellent - 60%X75 = 45 

b) B Grade / Good - 55%X75 = 41.25 

c) C Grade / Satisfactory - 50%X75 = 37.50 

2. The percentage of marks awarded in Foreign Universities, those marks shall be converted as Grades as follows.

3. Search for the Civil Assistant Surgeons Job Notification and click on it

6. Fill all the details correctly and attach the necessary documents
7. Self attest all the documents
8. Pay the application fees if applicable

a. MBBS aggregate of marks obtained in all the years in qualifying the examination.

b. MBBS Degree Certificate / Provisional.

c. Internship completion certificate (candidates should have completed the internship on or before 03.09.2021.

d. Certificate of permanent Registration in a State Medical Council constituted under MCI Act.

e. SSC or equivalent certificate (for Date of Birth)

f. Study Certificates from class IV to X from the school where the candidate studied. 

g. Copy of the latest Locomotive disability (Physically Challenged) certificate issued by Medical Board / Southern.
