CONTRACT TERM:
- Three years. The contract will be further extended up to the age of 65 years depending upon the requirement/performance.

JOB PROFILE
- Overall responsible of the operational activities of the Institute by co-ordinating with the operational functions viz. HR & Admin, Accounts, Finance & Compliance and Information Technology.
- To achieve and deliver the highest operational standards across all operational activities of the Institute to provide members with quality services
- Design and execute development plans
- Handle administrative matters of Governing Council / Executive Committee
- Preparation of agenda and other related documents for the Governing Council / Executive Committee meetings
- Recognise and devise Information Technology process improvements.
- Participate in the development of the annual business plan and budget and monitor and report to CEO.
- Responsible for the achievement of operational department’s productivity
- Coordinate the CSR activities of the Institute
- Planning budgeting, performance monitoring of departments, co-ordinating with various Auditors for audit and compliance.
