Educational Qualification

A self-attested xerox copy of following documents should be attached with the application form.

1. Complete Mark Sheets (X and XII Std). 

2. Copy of the Transfer Certificate of XII Standard. 

3. Copy of Address Proof & ID Proof (PAN Card, Aadhar Card etc). 

4. Copy of Nativity Certificate issued by Deputy Tahsildar as a proof of domicile. 

5. Copy of Caste Certificate issued by Tahsildar, if any. (In case OBC candidates, latest caste certificate mentioning non-creamy layer clause to be submitted). 

6. Employment Exchange registration card, if registered. 

7. Copy of disability certificate issued by the Government Medical Board, indicating the percentage of disability, in case of PWD candidates. 

8. Copy of discharge book (All pages), PPO, ID Card and LPC, in case of Ex-Servicemen.

9. Copy of birth certificate. 

10. Copy of other Certificates, if any. 

11. Copy of Income and Asset Certificate if applying under EWS (Economically Weaker section)
